Return Policy

You can return any unused product within 30 days of purchase, provided it’s in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Customers can choose between store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to initiate a return:

Visit our Returns page and submit your order details.

You’ll receive a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
