2. In the **Issue Type** dropdown, select **Refund**.
3. Describe your issue and attach product images (if applicable).
4. Submit your request.
### 🕒 Refund processing time
Once submitted, our team will review your request within **24 hours** and confirm next steps via email.

If your issue isn’t resolved within 24 hours, reply to your confirmation email or raise a follow-up ticket.
