Need to adjust your delivery date? You can easily reschedule your shipment for a more convenient time.
Steps to Reschedule Delivery
Sign In to Your Account
Visit your account dashboard and go to the Orders section.Open Order Details
Click the order number for which you want to reschedule.Select “Reschedule Delivery”
Choose a new date and preferred time slot.Confirm and Save
Once saved, you’ll receive an updated delivery confirmation email.
Things to Keep in Mind
Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before delivery.
Some shipping partners may have limited date options.
